Welcome to my site, I’m Allison. I help people reconnect with themselves in a way that’s simple, honest, and grounded.
Through journaling, guided meditation, and small group workshops, I create spaces where you can slow down, clear your mind, and come back to what matters to you.
I also offer massage therapy and yoga classes for men and women looking to reduce stress, release muscle tension, and feel better in their bodies.
You don’t need to fix yourself because you are not broken. You just need space to pause and listen to your heart again. My work is about helping you come back to center: physically. mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. This is what I call the “sweet spot”.

Workshops & Women’s Gatherings
These are small, relaxed spaces where you can reflect, write, and connect with yourself and with other women. No writing or journaling experience needed. Just come as you are.
Massage Therapy
Sometimes the shift doesn’t start with talking; it starts with coming back into your body. These sessions are designed to support your nervous system, release stored tension, and help you feel more at home in yourself. Sessions are tailored to what your body needs that day.

The Sweet Spot 1:1 Sessions
The Sweet Spot is private 1:1 coaching for women who are done going through the motions and ready to actually make changes in their lives. This is a space to slow down, talk things through, and reconnect with yourself. These sessions are supportive, practical, and tailored to what you need in the moment. You don’t have to come in with clarity, just show up as you are.
In our sessions, we might:
Talk through what’s been feeling heavy or unclear
Use journaling to help you sort out your thoughts
Incorporate breathwork, guided meditation, gentle movement, or simple art
Notice where stress or tension is showing up in your body
This is a good fit if you’re:
Feeling overwhelmed or mentally cluttered
Going through a transition
Wanting space to reflect without being rushed or judged
Craving more clarity, calm, or direction
Need a starting point or a simple plan to start making shifts
You will leave sessions feeling:

Sessions are 75 minutes. Cost is $185/session or purchase a package for ongoing support. I will always give you resources/homework to work on after the session. Available in-person in my office in Portland/St. Johns or virtual on Google Meet.

Allison is a gifted life coach, non-judgmental, and motivational. I work from home and was struggling with taking the time to take care of myself while keeping up with the work required for my business. What I really appreciated about this program was the gentle, yet in-depth approach to looking inside myself. I felt peaceful and empowered as I acknowledged my whole self. Even though taking this course was a vulnerable act for me, working with Allison was so easy. She was calming and supportive on all of our calls. I wasn't confident she (or anybody) could help me, but everything we worked through was exactly what I needed. I was able to find my values and now line up my life decisions based on these.
