As a courtesy service to my clients, I can bill insurance directly if your policy includes massage benefits. I am currently accepting only the following plans:

Motor Vehicle Accident Insurance (PIP)
For all insurance, please contact Allison before booking!
Please be aware that there must be medical necessity for you to use insurance to cover your massage and your plan may require a referral from your PCP before your first appointment.
A prescription from your healthcare provider is needed for all MVA claims. I will also send you important forms to be completed prior to your first appointment.
