Body + Mind NOURISH is a 6 month program designed to help you bring back your power when it comes to your health and vitality. It is more than just about food! We will look at your whole life and I will tailor our coaching to your specific needs and goals. You will receive accountability and support to help you stay on track. Here are some of the things I can help you with:

  • Shift to a whole food based diet

  • Detox from sugar

  • Learn to eat gluten-free or dairy-free (or any other food sensitivity)

  • Investigate your cravings and what is really behind them

  • Create a nourishing self-care routine and/or morning routine

  • Make changes to your current lifestyle and habits (sleep, exercise, water, stress management)

  • Assess the level of satisfaction you feel in all areas of your life and find steps you can take to increase this

Body + Mind NOURISH includes:

  • Two 60-minute virtual coaching conversations
    each month for 6 months

  • Two guided meditations sent to your inbox
    twice per month

  • Basic meal prep tips, recipes and shopping lists

  • Wellness and lifestyle resources

  • Unlimited email support
