This workshop is all about creating awareness around when we need a moment of time to get quiet, listen, feel, rest.

We are so busy DOING and GIVING that sometimes we have no idea how we are feeling and what our own needs are. Taking time to pause, gives us a chance to just BE. Time to breathe and calm our nervous systems. It gives us time to stop and celebrate ourselves before moving on to the next thing.
