It is the intersection of Authenticity, Wellness, Intention, Connection, and Flow.

After years of working with women’s bodies and stories, I’ve seen how easily we lose touch with ourselves as we nagivate our way through life. I’ve created this program to guide you back to yourself.

This is a 12-week private coaching journey that includes soulful coaching conversations, reflective journaling, and gentle somatic practices. Together, we’ll explore each of the five petals, to help you come to a deeper understanding of yourself and find your sweet spot.

Call One: Wellness
Tending the Soil
Take care of your physical, mental, and emotional health.
We’ll slow down and tune into what your body and mind are asking for. You’ll learn to honor your energy cycles, create nourishing daily rhythms, and clear what drains your vitality.

Call Two: Authenticity
Rooted in Truth
Remember who you are.
We’ll clarify your core values, explore self-worth and boundaries, and release old patterns that keep you small. This is about owning your story and showing up unapologetically as YOU.

Call Six: The Sweet Spot
Integration + Embodiment
— Bringing it all together.
In this final session, we weave together everything you’ve cultivated through the five petals — wellness, authenticity, intention, connection, and flow. You’ll reflect on your growth, celebrate your transformation, and anchor new practices and perspectives into daily life. This is where everything comes into full bloom — where your outer world begins to reflect the alignment you’ve created within.

• Empowered to continue living from your sweet spot
